Matesmeetup has been created with a core mission to worldwide networking with an idea of building relationships / friendships in a unique way. We intend to police the platform in accordance with the Australian law and respect privacy and confidentially. What you post and how you use Matesmeetup in entirely your responsibility and you agree to face any breaches and law infringements.
1.2 Use of our website and / or service require you to arbitrate all disputes on an individual basis, rather than jury trials or class actions, and also limits the remedies / solutions available to you in the event of a dispute.
1.3 We may change these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Posting of the updated Terms of Service on Matesmeetup website will constitute notice to you of any such changes, although we may choose other types of notice for certain changes. Changes will become effective upon notice. Your continued use of our website or services following notice shall constitute your acceptance of all changes, and each use of our website or services constitutes your reaffirmation of your acceptance of these Terms of Service. Hence, once again, If you do not agree to the changes to these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive solution will be to terminate your account and cease use of the Website or Service.
2. Using Matesmeetup Community
2.1 You may use our platform only if you can form a binding contract with Matesmeetup and only in compliance with our Terms of services and applicable laws. When you create a Matesmeetup account you automatically enter this contract and agree to our terms.
To use Matesmeetup, you should read our terms and conditions in full as they apply every time you visit or login to your account and use our platform. However, just in case you ever need a reminder of the key alerts, here they are in brief…
• If you are under the age of 14 then unfortunately you cannot use Matesmeetup yet because it is a place for 14s and above only. By creating your account, you automatically agree that you are 14 years and above.
• We are not responsible for anything that you post or say while you are on Matesmeetup and we do not monitor the content of the website, but if we do see or someone alerts us that you have posted something that we think is inappropriate then we are allowed at our discretion to remove it. In worse cases there will be a termination of the account as well.
• If you post any content that belongs to someone else and they get annoyed or even call in their lawyers taking legal procedures, we are not in the firing line. You must take responsibility for what you post.
3. Registering at the Matesmeetup website and the User’s Status
3.1. Registration at Matesmeetup is free to register with paid packages in the website. Registration and / or authorization on the Website using Matesmeetup means you automatically accept our Terms of service and all its Policies, which are publicly available.
3.2. Matesmeetup User is the individual who is registered at the website according to the procedure set by these Terms, reached the sufficient age for such registration under the applicable laws and / or has all necessary consents (e.g. parental / guardians consents) in full compliance with the applicable laws, including for purposes of data protection laws and has the relevant powers (hereinbefore and hereinafter the User).
3.3. When registering at the Site the User must provide the Site Administration with the necessary true and updated information to form the User’s personal page, including the User’s unique login and the password for access to the Site as well as the User’s first and last names. The User may be requested to provide additional information in the Site registration form if required.
3.4. The User bears liability for ensuring that the information provided at the time of registration is true, up to date, complete, consistent with the Australian legislation, other applicable / relevant legislation and free from third parties’ claims.
3.5. After submitting the information specified above, the User must complete several authentication procedures, such as confirming the registration by confirming the email link sent to your inbox.
Once the whole process of the registration is completed successfully, the User’s personal page with the network address and your usernames at the end, is created at Matesmeetup website.
3.6. By registering at Matesmeetup website, the User confirms that his / her age is sufficient for such registration under the applicable laws and / or has all necessary consents (e.g. parental consents) in full compliance with the applicable laws, including for purposes of data protection laws, otherwise the registration at the Site and its usage is prohibited. By registering the User accepts these Terms and assumes the rights and obligations thereunder regarding the use and operation of the Site. The User understands the necessity of receiving from the Site Administration some technical information in connection with the use of the Site by means of services of the Matesmeetup, electronic mails, SMS and confirms his / her approval for such possible technical notifications. The User also approves to receive different types of informational mailings, including advertising and informational content, including from the Site Administration and third parties by means of the internal Site’s functionality.
3.7. After the successful registration of the User at Matesmeetup, the Site Administration assumes the rights and obligations to the User as provided in these Terms.
3.8. The User's personal data are processed according to the applicable / relevant legislation. The Administration of the Site processes the User's personal data in order to provide to the latter access to the services of the Site, including targeted advertisements to the User; checking, examining and analyzing such data in order to maintain and improve the website services and sections as well as to develop new services and sections. The Site Administration takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or destruction. The Site Administration makes the User’s personal data available only to those employees, contractors and agents of the Site Administration who need this information to ensure the Site operation and provision of Services to the User. The information provided by the User, including personal data, may be used by the Site Administration to ensure compliance with the requirements of effective Australian legislation, other applicable / relevant legislation, as well as to transfer it to third-parties in order to protect rights and interests of the Users, the Site Administration and third-parties (including in order to prevent, control / investigate and / or suppress illegal actions). The information provided by the User may be disclosed only in accordance with the effective Australian legislation on demand of the courts, law-enforcement bodies as well as in other cases as provided by the Australian legislation. As the Administration of the Site processes the User’s personal data for the performance of these Terms, no User’s consent to the processing of his / her personal data is required according to the legislative provisions on personal data.
3.9. The login and password chosen by the User are the necessary and sufficient information for the User’s access to the Site. The User does not have the right to transfer his / her login and password to third parties and bears full responsibility for their confidentiality, choosing himself / herself the method of their storage. Using his / her hardware and software the User may permit storage of the login and password (through cookies) for subsequent automatic authorization on the Site.
3.10. Unless the User proves otherwise, any actions taken with the use of his / her login and password are deemed to have been taken by the User. In case of unauthorized access to the User’s login and password and / or personal page or dissemination of the User’s login and password, the User is obliged to notify the Site Administration immediately according to the established procedure.
3.11. After registration the User obtains the right to create, use and determine independently for personal purposes the content of his / her own personal page and conditions for other Users’ access to its content as well as the ability to access and post information on the personal pages of other Users which are subject to obtaining relevant access rights from their owners.
3.12. As the owner of the information posted on his / her own personal page, the User understands that, except as provided by these Terms and effective Australian legislation, the Site Administration does not participate in forming and using the content and controlling other users’ access to the User’s personal page. Publishing any content on his / her own personal page including personal information, the User understands and accepts that this information may be available to other Internet users.
4. Becoming a member
4.1 Accessing the Services and Becoming a Member - THE SERVICES ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR ACCESS AND USE BY INDIVIDUALS 14 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE CERTIFYING THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 14 YEARS OLD. Our Services are open to all residents globally with the age criteria. While there are parts of the Services where access requires the payment of a fee as in” Paid Services”, there is no cost to register to become a member of Matesmeetup. The specific Services available to you will vary depending upon….
• whether you register as a member
• the community affiliation(s) to which you have self-identified if you are a Matesmeetup member
• whether you choose to purchase paid services.
Without limiting any of the foregoing, you are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide to us is valid and that the services, software or systems you use to access your email do not block or filter communications as described below. We ask that you use your personal email address when registering. If you provide us with a non-personal email address or use an Email System that interferes with the delivery of communications, we may not be able to provide you with certain services. Your failure to provide us with an email address to which we can consistently deliver email may result in the termination of your account.
4.3. Your Password - During the registration process we may provide you with a unique registration number. We will also either ask you to create a password or assign you a random password, which you can change at any time by logging onto the "Account" portion of the services. Alternatively, you may have the option of using your Facebook login credentials or similar login processes or co-registration forms from or on other third-party websites to create an account and authenticate your access to the website. As you take complete responsibility with any activities that occur under your account, it is important for you to keep your password secure. Notify us immediately if you believe that someone has used your account without your authorization.
5. PAID SERVICES
Access to some of the services requires the purchase of paid services. If you elect to purchase paid services, you agree to our storage of your payment information and understand that your paid services are personal to you, such that you may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others. Any distribution or sharing by you of your account name and password may result in cancellation of your paid services without refund and / or additional charges based on unauthorized use. We reserve the right, from time to time, to change the paid services, with or without prior notice to you.
5.1. Payment - Prices for all Paid Services are in AUD dollars and exclude all applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, whether they are listed on your receipt or statement. All applicable taxes are calculated based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase. If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay, using a valid credit or debit card or other form of payment that we may accept from time to time in our payment method, the applicable fees and taxes if any set forth in the offer that you accepted. We reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current subscription period. All authorized charges will be billed to your designated payment method on the terms described in the specific offer. If payment cannot be charged to your payment method or your payment is returned to us for any reason, we reserve the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for paid services. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for the paid services, and we take no liability for any overdraft or other fees that you may incur as a result of us processing of your payment.
5.2. Automatic Renewal Program - Upon your acceptance of an offer for the purchase of any subscription-based Paid Services, you will be enrolled in our automatic renewal program to help ensure that there is no interruption in your access to such Paid Services. Under this program, you authorize us to automatically renew your subscription at the end of the term of the subscription you purchased, and each subsequent term, for the same term length of the subscription you initially purchased unless otherwise stated in the offer you accepted. Unless you change your renewal status as described below, at the time of each such renewal you authorize us to charge your designated Payment Method at the then-current, non-promotional price unless otherwise stated in the offer you accepted for the renewal of your subscription. If you no longer want to be enrolled in our automatic renewal program, you can change your renewal status at any time by logging into your account or simply contacting us.
Please note that completing these steps will only stop future automatic renewals of your current subscription and will not impact any automatic renewals that occurred prior to the date that you completed these steps.
5.3. Current Information - You must provide us with current, complete, and accurate information for your Payment Method. You must promptly update all information to keep your Payment Method current, complete and accurate details such as a change in billing address, card number or expiration date, and you must promptly notify us if your Payment Method is cancelled including if you lose your card or it is stolen, or if you become aware of a potential breach of security such as an unauthorized disclosure or use of your name or password. Changes to such information can be made by accessing logging into your Account or by contacting our Customer Support team. We highly recommend you change / update your password regularly. If you fail to provide us with any of the foregoing information, you agree that you are responsible for fees accrued under your Payment Method. In addition, you authorize us to obtain updated or replacement expiration dates and card numbers for your credit or debit card as allowed or provided by your credit or debit card issuer.
6 Creation and use of Communities
6.1. The User has the right to create Communities as in groups, public pages, forums and blogs to inform other Users about events, meetings, commercial and non-profit organizations as charitable organizations, its creation and activities, other interesting content to Users and / or possible further discussion of them with other Users. While informing and discussing, the discussion topics in the Communities Users must observe current Australian and international legislation, publish the information that meets the requirements of these terms, esthetic norms, and moral principles.
6.2. When creating and administering a Community page, the User confirms that he / she acts on lawful grounds, has all necessary rights and his / her actions do not infringe the lawful rights and interests of third parties and effective legislations in the User’s respective country of residence, including legislation on competitions and rights to intellectual property results and means of individualization.
6.3. In case the User infringes the lawful rights and interests of third parties, effecting any legal legislations as well as the provisions hereof when creating and administering the community, the Site Administration has the right to block the User’s access to the community and / or transfer the administration rights for the community page / group as well as the right to use the created community page or group name to the lawfully right owner which duly confirmed its rights in the community content, including the right in the means of individualization.
7. Creating an ad
7.1 Choose your ad objective for your business, think about the outcome you would like to get out of your ad. It could probably be spreading the word of your newly launched business, increasing sales of your existing or new business, drive traffic to your website, or perhaps increase brand awareness.
7.2 Advertising across Matesmeetup is easy. Easy-to-use controls let you set parameters on where and how your ads appear while exploring the different ways our members in Matesmeetup use our platform and find the right marketing strategy for each ad you place with us.
7.3 Showcase your ads on whatever device your audience happens to be using, with options for mobile or desktop all in just a few simple steps.
• Select your audience. Think about the members you want to reach – the age group, location, genders, and any other specific details such as demographics, interests and behaviors that best represent your audience.
• Select a pricing plan as per your marketing budget
• Place your ad
• When you submit your ad, it goes to our advertising team for approval.
• Run your ad and follow up

9. Points System
At Matesmeetup you can earn points which get moved into your wallet. Each time you earn a total of 3000 points it earns you $1 in your wallet. The breakdown of the points you earn is mentioned in your dashboard. Do not forget to explore the points system to get a clear understanding of how it works.
10. Affiliate system
Have a look through our affiliate system as well and see how you can earn a small amount of revenue. Refer new members and earn $0.05 per member referred. Make sure to use your invite or Affiliate code. If your referred member purchases an Emu package upfront without using the affiliate program, you will be paid $10.
11. Withdrawing funds from your wallet
Funds can be withdrawn from your wallet only when you have a minimum of $100. Payments will be made mainly by PayPal and at times by bank transfer. We are working on integrating other options and will update it here once we have more options in place. The revenue earned in your wallet will be used to pay for your membership’s fees. You can use the remainder if you have surplus after the membership fees is excluded, you can use this to pay for your paid advertising or you can also withdraw it for your own personal use. Withdrawing of available revenue can only be done only after the membership fees and any monies owing to Matesmeetup is deducted.
PLEASE NOTE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO STOP THIS AFFILIATE AND POINTS SYSTEM AT ANY TIME WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE. As a startup, this Affiliate and Points system is set to be on until 15th October, 2020 ending at 11:00pm Sydney time.
It is particularly important to note that Matesmeetup is a not a free to use social network website. It is a Paid platform with options available where you can earn points / commission which converts to your revenue to keep your account active. Our membership packages are as below….
12.1 Possum – Free membership
Upon registering with Matesmeetup, you start here in the Possum membership which is FREE. Earn 100 points either by adding new members and other ways of earning points as mentioned in your dashboard to move up to the Joey membership. Each week you will need to have 100 points in your point system to keep this membership active.
12.2 Joey - $5 + 200 points weekly
You can keep this active without having to pay a weekly fee by adding up your points and using your referral link to invite your friends.
Each week you will need to have $5 in your wallet plus have 200 points in your point system to keep this membership active. If you do not have the required, your membership will move back to the Possum package.
Once you refer 500 new members using your affiliate link you automatically get moved up to the next level - Koala membership.
12.3 Koala - $10 + 500 points fortnightly
You can keep this active without having to pay a weekly fee by adding up your points and using your referral link to invite your friends.
Each fortnightly you will need to have $10 in your wallet plus have 500 points in your point system to keep this membership active. If you don’t have the required, your membership will move back to the Joey package.

12.4 Wombat - $89 + 1000 points monthly

Each month you will need to have $89 in your wallet plus have 1000 points in your point system to keep this membership active. If you do not have the required, your membership will move back to either the Joey or the Koala package whichever your balance qualifies for.

12.5 Emu - $289 + 6000 points yearly
You can keep this active without having to pay a weekly fee by adding up your points and using your referral link to invite your friends.
Each year you will need to have $289 in your wallet plus have 6000 points in your point system to keep this membership active. If you do not have the required, your membership will move back to either of the above three packages whichever your balance qualifies for.
Once you refer 5000 new members using your affiliate link you automatically get moved up to the next Lifetime membership which is the Sea Lion.
By reaching the Sea Lion membership, you will remain in this package and have lifetime access to all features and do not have to maintain points or refer new members. You get moved back to any package if your referred members leave Matesmeetup as well. This will be our token of Thanks to you for spreading the word about Matesmeetup.
Please note each membership has limited amount of facilities available to use. Although most members start with the Possum Free membership and go higher by using their points system, Members can choose to start by signing up to any paid package. This can be done by paying upfront for a package. In this instance, all the Affiliates revenue and points you earn can be used towards your advertising and other features that require a payments.
13. Payment Methods
13.1 Payment credentials - For your convenience, we allow you to fund your transactions using a few different sources, like PayPal, Credit cards and Debit cards, your Points system, Affiliate earning system and other payment methods.
13.2 Authority - When you provide a payment credential to us, you confirm that we are permitted to use that payment credential for the same. When you fund a transaction, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the full amount to the payment credential you designate for the transaction. You also authorize us to collect and store that payment credential, along with other related transaction information. We may also use certain payment card updater services, whose availability varies by issuer, to ensure we have the most up-to-date information about payment credential we store.
13.3 Authorization - If you pay by credit or debit card, we may obtain a pre-approval from the issuer of the card for an amount, which may be as high as the full price of your payment. Your card will be charged at the time you initiate a payment, or shortly thereafter. If you cancel a transaction before completion, this pre-approval may result in those funds not otherwise being immediately available to you.
13.4 Failed payments - If your transaction results in an overdraft or other fee from your bank, you alone are responsible for that fee.
14. Policies for Pages, Groups, and Events
14.1 By going ahead and using all features of Matesmeetup, you automatically agree to abide by our policies.
14.2 You agree to follow best practices in terms of business and must not promote or post deceptive or misleading products, services, schemes, or offers, including those intended to scam people out of money or personal information.
14.3 Members are prohibited to impersonate or falsely represent a brand, entity, or public figure. If a member/s create a Page, Group or an Event to show your support or interest in a brand, entity, or public figure, members it must be clearly mentioned in the name or description that it is not an official representation. Adding in a disclaimer is what we would need to see.
14.4 Members agree not to facilitate or promote online gambling, online real money, games of skill, or online lotteries without our prior written permission.
14.5 Members agree not to inaccurately tag content or encourage other users to inaccurately tag posts / content in any of your Pages, Groups, and Events
14.6 Drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers that are misleading, engaging in practices that are harmful to patients, or otherwise violating applicable laws are prohibited from being promoted in Matesmeetup.
15. Promotions on Pages, Groups, and Events
15.1 You are solely responsible for the lawful operations of promotions such as sweepstakes, contests, etc
15.2 You should clearly mention all offers, terms and eligibility requirements such as age and residency restrictions. It is entirely your responsibility to meet all compliance requirements with applicable rules and regulations governing the promotion and all prizes offered as in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals and registration.
15.3 Promotions on Matesmeetup must include the following:
A complete release of Matesmeetup by each entrant or participant; and Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Matesmeetup
Promotions may be administered on Pages, Groups, Events, or within apps on Matesmeetup. Members may only use personal timelines and friend connections to administer promotions as in sharing on your friend's timeline to get additional entries, and tag your friends in the post to enter only if your friends or connections / networks members agree to do so.
Matesmeetup will not assist you in the administration of your promotion, and you agree that if you use our service to administer your promotion, you do so at your own risk.
You must clearly mention in your promotions If you intend collecting content and information directly from users, in your Page, Group or Event. You should make it very clearly that it is you and not Matesmeetup that is collecting any data from users.
It is a requirement that you must provide notice about and obtain user consent for your use of the content and information that you collect. Regardless of how you obtain content and information from users, it is your responsibility to secure all necessary permissions from all members to reuse their content and information.
16. Automated Collection of Data
16.1 Your Page, Group or Event is prohibited from using information obtained from a person’s interaction with your Page's call-to-action button for any purpose other than to provide the service associated with the call-to-action button. If you want to use this information for any other purpose, first obtain a person’s explicit consent by not doing so you do it at your own risk and will be responsible in sorting out anything unexpected or legal disputes that might arise.
16.2 Page or Group names must not include profanity, excessively incorrect grammar or punctuation, and must not consist solely of generic terms or locations.
16.3 Content posted to a Page is public and can be viewed by everyone who can see the Page whereas Groups can be made private or available to public viewing.
16.4 Pages must not promote the sale of prescription medications or any illegal and hazardous products including weapons. Pages for online pharmacies may be permitted with Matesmeetup's prior approval.
16.5 A Page name change, and merge must not result in any sort of misleading information or unintended connection and must not substantially change the Page’s subject matter arising cofusion and misleading members.
16.6 You must not accept anything of value to drive traffic to an app or site that engages in traffic arbitrage, or one that contains a misproportionate amount of ads relative to content, or content that is highly sexual, abusive, child pornography, disturbing, shocking, clickbait, or promoting scams and fake news as well as misleading news that can trigger communial unpleasantness and go against law and order.
16.7 Content you post to your Page may be reshared by other admins of the Page to other Matesmeetup products connected to the Page.
16.8 Branded Content posts, pages or groups are not allowed at this stage in Matesmeetup. Please check back for updates regularly, as we will update our policies on Branded content posting.
16.9 Your Page must include all necessary disclosures to people using Matesmeetup, such as any disclosures needed to indicate the commercial nature of content posted by you.
17. Jobs Market Policies
17.1 The following Jobs Market Policies provide guidance on what types of Job posts are allowed on Matesmeetup and these policies apply to all Job posts on Pages and in Groups. Job posts must comply with the following..
1. No misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent job posts to be promoted.
2. No illegal products and services employment opportunities that involve illegal activity, products, or services to be posted
3. Job posts must not unlawfully discriminate against applicants based on any protected characteristics, including, but not limited to, race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, family status, disability, medical or genetic condition or any other basis protected under federal, state or local law. Job posts must comply with all applicable laws prohibiting discrimination.
4. No promoting employment opportunities in a sexually suggestive manner
5. Adult Products and Services or employment opportunities that require adult services or use of adult products.
6. Job posts must not solicit personal identification or financial information from any potential applicants.
7. No multilevel marketing job opportunities that offer quick compensation for little investment are allowed.
8. Employment opportunities impersonating a brand, company, entity, or public figure including falsely representing an association with a business is strictly prohibited.
9. Employment opportunities that involve illegal or recreational drugs, products, and services are prohibited.
10. Profanity and Grammar
Job posts must not contain profanity or bad grammar and punctuation mistakes. Symbols, numbers, and letters must be used properly without the intention of circumventing our review process and enforcement systems. Use of short forms of spelling out words, expecting members to understand what you are trying to mean, is not permitted.
18. Events-Specific Policies
1. Events cannot use automated means to generate event invites.
2. Events must provide clear and up-front disclosure for any actions or additional costs associated with an event ticket purchase.
3. Changes to an event must not result in a misleading or unintended connection and must not substantially change the event.

20. Things You Should Know while advertising in Matesmeetup
20.1. The Advertising Policies apply to ads and commercial content served by or purchased through Matesmeetup, on or off our services and ads appearing within apps on Matesmeetup
20.2. Advertisers are entirely responsible for complying and understanding with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply may result in a variety of consequences, including the cancellation of ads you have placed and termination of your account.
20.3. Once displayed, ads are public information. Ads may be re-shared and accessed other members, pages, groups, etc. apart from your targeted audience.
20.4. We reserve the right to reject, approve or remove any ad for any reason, in our sole discretion, including ads that negatively affect our relationship with our users or that promote content, services, or activities, contrary to our competitive position, interests, or advertising philosophy.
20.5. For policies that require prior written permission, Matesmeetup may grant these permissions.
20.6. These policies are subject to change at any time without notice.
21 Creation and use of Communities
21.1. The User has the right to create communities as in groups, public pages, forums and blogs to inform other Users about events, meetings, commercial and non-profit organizations as charitable organizations, its creation and activities, other interesting content to Users and / or possible further discussion of them with other Users. While informing and discussing the Discussion items in the Communities Users must observe current Australian and international legislation, publish the information that meets the requirements of these terms, our policies, and moral principles.
21.2. When creating and administering a Community page, the User confirms that he / she acts on lawful grounds, has all necessary rights and his / her actions do not infringe the lawful rights and interests of third parties and effective legislations in the User’s respective country of residence, including legislation on competition and rights to intellectual property results and means of individualization.
21.3. In case the User infringes the lawful rights and interests of third parties, effecting any legal legislations as well as the provisions hereof when creating and administering the Community, the Site Administration has the right to block the User’s access to the Community and / or transfer the administration rights for the Community as well as the right to use the created community page or group name to the lawful right owner which duly confirmed its rights in the Community Content, including the right in the means of individualization.
21.4. No Refund Policy - All fees relating to Paid Services, including the initial fees and any subsequent automatic renewal fees as described above, are non-refundable. If you initiate a chargeback or otherwise reverse a payment made with your Payment Method, we may in our discretion cancel your Paid Services immediately. If we successfully dispute the reversal, and the reversed funds are returned to us, you are not entitled to a refund or to have your Paid Services reinstated. Although we have a no refund policy, please note if you have a minimum of $50 in your wallet you will be paid that. If your balance is less that the $50 you will automatically loose whatever is left in your wallet.
22. Special terms that apply to our Users
22.1. Members Code of Conduct - Community Guidelines. The Matesmeetup Services contain areas that enable members to communicate and share information, including without limitation sending email through the Services, providing information on your profile pages, and posting information on message boards, forums and other areas where you may interact with other members. When you use communicate with other members, you may have the opportunity to disclose, post, upload, or otherwise publicly display, or to share directly with other members, information and other content, including without limitation biographical information, photographs, stories and comments as a collective, known as "Content". While we may provide you with these Communications Tools, we also wish to remind you that you should choose carefully what information you post in the website and share with other members. You are required to use the website responsibly, just as you would act responsibly when communicate or interact with others in your communities. As a result, we expect and require that you take full responsibility for the content that you post on or send through the Matesmeetup website. We have established some "Community Standards" that outline your responsibilities when using the Communication system.
22.2 The following Matesmeetup Community Standards apply to and govern your use of Matesmeetup while / in the process of communication:
• Do not create a false identity, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your affiliation with any person or entity • Do not register more than one personal membership or register on behalf of another person • Do not post telephone numbers, street addresses or email addresses in content that is publicly accessible on the website, except for the location of a reunion or other appropriate event • Do not engage in behavior meant to threaten, harass, intimidate, or bully others or which constitutes predatory or stalking conduct • Do not use the website as a venue to air personal disputes with other individuals • Do not post any content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit, depicts graphic or gratuitous violence or illegal drug paraphernalia, or is derogatory, demeaning, malicious, defamatory, abusive, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise determined to be objectionable • Do not post any content that encourages a criminal offense or infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party • Do not post web addresses that link to pornographic or inappropriate content, websites that promote your own or someone else’s commercial gain, websites that provide services similar to those offered by us, or any other content that violates our Community Standards • Do not post private communications from us or any other party without such party’s permission • Do not copy or re-post content provided by others or otherwise use information or content you obtained on the services in any manner not authorized by us or the contributor • Do not participate in any unauthorized or unsolicited promotions, advertising, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation, or use the services for any commercial purpose • Do not violate any applicable local, state, national and international law, or regulations • Do not interfere with, interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Services or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment • Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the services, other members' accounts, or computers connected to the services • Do not collect users' content or information, or access the services, using automated means, such as scripts, bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers • Do not do anything that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of the Services, such as a denial of service attack or interference with page rendering or other functionality
23. Monitoring and enforcing member conduct - We do not actively monitor the communication system or the content that is provided through our communication system, nor are we obligated to do so. Accordingly, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the content as sometimes members choose not to comply with our policies and practices, you may be exposed to content that you find offensive or otherwise objectionable. We may investigate the complaints that come to our attention but are not obligated to do so. If we choose to investigate, we will take any action that we believe is appropriate in our sole discretion, such as issuing warnings, removing the content, or suspending or terminating accounts. No compensation will be paid for the use of your content.
23.2. Prohibited uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, the following are prohibited from using in Matesmeetup or its content:

If you have purchased paid services from us, any termination by you, or by us with cause, is subject to the no-refund policy described earlier.
